Conditions of participation in the event “Insights Cluster Smart Logistik”

Website for the event:

I have taken note of and accept all information on the event website.

Electronic data processing:

I have taken note that the participant data will be stored electronically and processed automatically. My data will be transmitted to the organizing body exclusively for the purpose of carrying out the event and will not otherwise be given to any other third parties.

List of participants:

I have taken note that all participants and speakers will receive a list of participants with the contact details of the participants and the associated company, beyond that, contact details are not published by the FIR.

Photo usage:

I agree that photos of the event, on which I am photographed, may be published for print media, in online web presences of FIR and EICe Aachen GmbH, on data carriers, on TV and for advertising purposes; it is hereby expressly pointed out that photographs will be taken at the event.

Objection:

You can object to the storage and use of your personal data at any time without giving reasons. To do so, please write an e-mail with your request to: datenschutz@fir.rwth-aachen.de. An objection prior to the event may result in the organizer no longer being able to fulfill its contractual duties. Liability of the organizer or the assertion of claims for damages is excluded in this case.
